摘要: |
针对柯克亚高温高盐凝析气藏储层敏感性强、修井液与储层不配伍导致地层严重伤害以
及修井液漏失严重等生产实际问题,制备了一种具有抗温抗盐好、对地层伤害低、暂堵屏蔽能力强和防
漏失能力高的低固相油溶性暂堵型修井液。实验对不同单剂进行了优选,并根据优选结果设计出最佳
配方:净化地层水+1%(w)XF黏土稳定剂+0.01%(w)TF-280助排剂+0.7%(w)EDTA 二钠铁离
子络合剂+1.0%(w)KY-6S增黏降滤失剂+4%(w)油溶性暂堵剂(C9 石油树脂与C5 石油树脂质量
比为1.5∶1.0)+0.030%(w)AES分散剂。对该修井液体系的表观黏度、静态悬浮时间、高温高压失
水量(93℃,3.45MPa)、24h耐温黏度保留率、暂堵率和岩心渗透率损害率进行了评价,各项指标优于
SY/T5834-2014《低固相压井液性能指标及评价方法》,表明该修井液性能良好,能应用于高温高矿化
