以多胺、棉籽油、低碳酸为原料合成植物油酰胺,最佳合成条件为:多胺、棉籽油和低碳酸
的摩尔比为1∶4∶1,反应温度168℃,反应2.5h;以合成产物植物油酰胺为主要原料,NaOH 中和油
酸生成油酸钠做乳化剂,硅膏、煤油和CMC-HV 做添加剂,实验制备出O/W 乳液型钻井液润滑剂,其
配比为:8%(w)植物油酰胺+10%(w)油酸+18%(w)煤油+2.5%(w)硅膏+7.14%(w)NaOH 水溶
液(质量分数为20%)+0.1%(w)CMC-HV+水。性能评价表明,该润滑剂具有优越的润滑性能,用量
在0.5%(w)时,钻井液润滑系数降低率≥80%,且不影响钻井液的流变性和密度。经170℃高温老化,
在15%(w)盐水钻井液中,钻井液润滑系数低于0.10,表明该润滑剂具有良好的耐温抗盐性能。 |

Polyamine,cottonseedoilandlowcarbonatearetakenasraw materialtosynthesizethe
vegetableoilamide.Theoptimum synthesisconditionsare:the molarratioofthepolyamine,
cottonseedoilandlowcarbonateis1∶4∶1,thereactiontemperatureis168 ℃,thereactiontimeis
2.5hours;Usingamidesynthesisproductsasthemainraw material,NaOHandoleicacidgenerated
sodiumoleateasemulsifier,usingsiliconepaste,keroseneandCMC-HVasadditive,O/Wemulsion
drillingfluidlubricantwaspreparedbytheagent-in-oilmethod,andtheoptimalproportionsareas
follows:vegetableoilamidesample8wt% +oleicacid10wt%+kerosene18wt%+siliconcream
2.5wt%+ NaOH7.14wt% (NaOHsolutionconcentrationis20wt%)+ CMC-HV0.1wt%+

fluidlubricationcoefficientislowerthan0.10afterbeinghightemperatureagingat170℃andputin
