川西气田须家河组气藏在开采过程中产生了大量的气田废水,而地层水是气田废水的主
要来源之一,无害化处理难度较大。为了能够更好地处理须家河地层水,针对其高矿化度的水质特点,
通过优选处理剂、优化配方、综合性能评价等方法,对须家河地层水配制不同工作液的可行性进行了分
析。结果 表明,使用须家河地层水配制胍胶压裂液、钻井液难度较大,但可以通过优选抗盐性能较好的
降阻剂来实现对减阻水的配制。新型减阻水在川西地区的现场施工过程中取得了良好的效果,降阻率
可达到65%~71% |

Abstract:TheexploitationofXujiaheformationgasreservoirinWesternSichuanhasgenerateda
largenumberofwaterasby-products,whichismainlyderivedfromthestratum.Itisdifficultto
imposehazard-freetreatmentonthestratumwater.Accordingtoitshighsalinity,methodsincluding
chemicalsandrecipeoptimization,comprehensiveperformanceassessment,etc.,wereadoptedto
explorethefeasibilityofusingtheXujiaheformationwaterinworkingfluidpreparation.Theresults
demonstratedthatitisdifficulttoprepareguargumfracturingfluidanddrillingfluidwithXujiahe
stratum water.However,drag-reducingwatercouldbedevelopedbyselectingappropriatesalinitytolerantresistancereducer.
Thisnewdrag-reducingwaterhasbeensuccessfullyappliedinthefield
practiceofWesternSichuan,andshowedthatthedragreductionratecouldreach65%-71%. |
