| 介绍了中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂1.2×106t/a延迟焦化装置采用的清洁生产技
术措施。主要从节能降耗和污染物治理两方面出发,通过采用先进工艺技术、管理减排、操作优化和技
术改造等一系列措施,在治理本装置生产中产生的污染物的同时,利用其工艺特点,处理炼厂生产过程
中的污染物,达到了节能降耗、减污增效的目的,实现了装置清洁生产。 |

| Technicalmeasuresforcleanerproductionusedin1.2×106t/adelayedcokingunitof
Urumqipetrochemicalrefinerywereintroducedinthispaper.Themeasuresweremainlyconsidered
fromtheenergysavingandpollutantstreatmentaspects,throughadoptingadvancedtechnologies,
reducingtheemission,optimizingtheoperation,andreformingthetechnologies.Thepollutants
generatedfromtheproductionofdevicecouldbetreatedaswellasthosefromtherefineryproduction
processingaccordingtotheprocesscharacteristics.Inthisway,notonlytheaimsofsavingenergy,
reducingpollutionandimprovingefficiencywerereached,butalsothecleanerproductionofunitwere
realized. |
