天然气净化厂蒸汽及凝结水系统节能技术探讨

摘要:
针对部分净化厂锅炉燃料气消耗量大、凝结水回收率低、蒸汽放空量大、蒸汽凝结水现场 跑冒滴漏等现状,重庆天然气净化总厂从对锅炉清灰、根据负荷变化及时调整蒸汽量、定期检查保温效 果等方面加强节能经济运行管理;从加强蒸汽热量交换、低品质凝结水回收利用等方面进行节能技术改 造。经现场实践证明,这些节能措施是可行的。另外,通过燃料气消耗量、凝结水回收率等现场数据的 收集可看出蒸汽凝结水系统还有进一步节能的空间,可以从进一步减少泄漏、提高凝结水回收率、保障 蒸汽凝结水品质等方面对蒸汽及凝结水系统进行节能挖潜

Abstract:
Aimingatoperatingproblemssuchaslargeconsumptionofboilerfuelgas,lowrecovery rateofcondensate,largeamountofsteamventing,andfieldleakingwaterofsteamcondensate,etc., Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant Generalstrengthened the economicaloperation and managementofenergy-savingthroughcleaningtheboilers,timelyadjustingthesteam volume accordingtotheloadvariation,aswellascheckingtheinsulationeffectregularly.Besides,energy savingtechnicalreconstruction,includingenhancingthesteamheatexchangeandlowqualitywater recycling,werecarriedout.Thefieldpracticeshowedthattheenergysavingmeasureswerefeasible andeffect.Inaddition,thefielddataoffuelgasconsumptionandcondensaterecoveryrateindicated thattherewerefurtherenergy-savingspaceforthesteamcondensatesystem,andtheenergy-saving potentialin steam and condensatesystem could beachieved byfurtherreducingtheleakage, improvingthecondensaterecoveryandguaranteeingthequalityofsteamcondensate.
