阴离子型泡排剂起泡过程研究方法

摘要:
注表面活性剂溶液泡沫排水是天然气在开采过程中的常用措施,其起泡性能对于天然气的开采至关重要。在泡沫排水模拟装置上以α-烯烃磺酸盐为例,考察了浓度、流量为参数,探讨了室温下的起泡过程,建立了室温下的模拟起泡动力学方程。采用单因素研究方法,逐一确定动力学方程的参数,最终得到模拟起泡动力学方程。这为该类表面活性剂起泡过程的研究提供了一种可行的方法。

A study method of the foaming kinetics of an-ionic foaming agent

Abstract:
Surfactant solution foam drainage is commonly used in the process of natural gas production, so the foaming effect is vital for the exploitation of natural gas. As an example, the foaming process of sodium α-olefin sulfonate was discussed at room temperature with the parameters of foam concentration and flow rate by using a drainage simulator. Then a bubble dynamics equation was established. Using single factor research method, the kinetic equation parameters were determined one by one, finally the blistering kinetic equation was confirmed. This work provides a feasible method for the research of surfactant foaming process.
