高温工况对南约洛坦气田地面工艺设施影响分析

摘要:
土库曼斯坦南约洛坦气田试运投产初期,预处理厂原料气进站温度接近100 ℃,致使多条进站采气管线上的气动阀(GRV)支撑出现抬升、脱空现象,站内一级汇管也出现位移。对高温工况条件下预处理厂地面工艺设施出现位移、支撑脱空情况进行了原因分析。在建立管道应力分析模型基础上,讨论高温工况对站内工艺设施带来的影响。通过对地面工艺实施改造,有效降低了管道热膨胀产生的位移应力,排除了安全隐患,为高温工况条件下天然气集输站场的安全运行提供了可借鉴的经验。 

Analysis of high temperature effects on surface equipment in South Yolotan Gas Field

Abstract:
During the initial trial operation of South Yolotan gas reservoir, the inlet temperature of feed gas in preprocessing factory is near to 100 ℃, leading to the lifting and disengaging of pneumatic ball valves in the inlet pipelines. Besides, the first class gathering pipe appears offset. This paper analyzed the causes of the situation, discussed the influence on the facilities brought by heat stress. Further, this paper showed that the stress caused by the pipe thermal expansion could be reduced effectively through modifying the surface facilities, thus eliminating the potential safety risks and providing reference for the operation of gas gathering station under high temperature.
