天然气在线气相色谱仪校准规范的制定

摘要:
现有检定规程(JJG 1055-2009)和性能评价标准(GB/T 28766-2012)都不能完全满足对天然气在线气相色谱分析仪计量性能检查的需要,且某些检定或评价项目在实际操作过程中存在局限性。分析比较了已有的检定规程和性能评价标准规定的评定项目,结合在线气相色谱分析系统使用的实际需要,提出了有效性、重复性、色谱柱分离度和分析结果一致性4项校准项目,并通过评价实例,验证了拟制定校准规范中评价项目的可行性和适用性。 

Abstract:
The existing verification regulation of JJG 1055-2009 and GB/T 28766-2012 standards of performance evaluation can not fully meet the needs of measurement performance examination for natural gas on-line chromatographic analyzer, and some items in verification regulation and evaluation standard have some limitations in the practical application. This paper compares the performance of existing verification procedures and evaluation standards provisions of the assessment of the project. Combined with the actual needs of online gas chromatography using the system, the validity, reproducibility, resolution and the consistency of analysis results of the 4 calibration items are put forward. The feasibility and applicability of the evaluation items in the calibration specification are verified by an example.
