高含硫天然气净化厂腐蚀与安全维护系统研发

摘要:
针对高含硫天然气净化过程中H2S腐蚀和其他危害,借鉴炼化企业防腐蚀管理系统,研发净化厂腐蚀与安全维护系统,建立设备完整性数据库,开发装置运行监控、腐蚀监测与检测、腐蚀案例统计、介质化验分析、风险检验和设备维护策略等业务模块,综合应用腐蚀评价和风险检验技术,及时掌握设备H2S腐蚀规律和风险等级,并适时修订防腐蚀策略和风险管理策略,从技术层面对设备进行专业化管理。

Abstract:
Due to the serious H2S corrosion and other hazards, the corrosion and security maintenance system for high sulfur natural gas purification plant has been studied referring to the refinery anti-corrosion management system, establishing the integrity database, and exploiting the core business modules about operation monitoring, corrosion monitoring and inspection, corrosion case statistics, medium test and analysis, risk management and equipment maintenance strategy and so on. The corrosion evaluation and risk inspection have been applied to predict H2S corrosion and inspect based on risk, and timely revise anti-corrosion strategy and risk management strategy. The professional technical management has been carried out in purification plant.
