新型氧化铵型抗油起泡剂的合成与研究

摘要:
以异构长链烷基脂肪酸与二甲基丙二胺进行缩合反应,得到异构长链烷基叔胺中间产物,再与氧化剂发生氧化反应,合成了一种异构长链烷基两性氧化胺起泡剂。起泡剂最佳合成条件为:缩合反应的反应温度为150 ℃,n(异构长链烷基脂肪酸)∶n(二甲基丙二胺)=1∶1.04,反应时间为8 h;氧化反应的反应温度为85 ℃,n(异构长链烷基叔胺)∶n(双氧水)=1∶1.2。该起泡剂溶液在进行降黏处理后,黏度为26.7 mPa·s,表面张力仅为28.3 mN/m。室内评价在20%(φ)凝析油条件下,起泡高度达167 mm,携液率分别达到65%;起泡剂抗温达90 ℃,抗矿化度达 200 g/L。在苏里格气田开展了5口井(凝析油体积分数小于20%)的现场应用,加注后气井产气量增加30%。

Synthesis and research of new type ammonium oxidation resistant oil foaming agent

Abstract:
With a condensation reaction of heterogeneous long chain alkyl fatty acid and dimethyl propylene amide, the heterogeneous long chain alkyl tertiary amine intermediate was obtained, which made an oxidizing reaction with oxidant, and then a kind of heterogeneous long chain alkyl amphoteric foaming agent was synthesized. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of the foaming agent are as follows:the condensation reaction temperature is 150 ℃, the molar ratio of reactants is 1∶1.04, the reaction time is 8 h; the oxidation reaction temperature is 85 ℃, and the molar ratio of reactants is 1∶1.2. The viscosity of foaming agent solution reduced to 26.7 mPa·s, surface tension was only 28.3 mN/m. Indoor evaluation was conducted under the condition of 20 vol% condensate oil:foaming height was 167 mm, liquid rate reached 65%; foaming agent resistance temperature was 90 ℃, salinity resistance was up to 200 g/L. The field application was carried out in 5 wells in Sulige gas field (condensate oil content is less than 20%). The gas production increased 30% after filling the foaming agent into gas wells.
