摘要:

在国内化工行业里,很多工厂内的驱动气源采用压缩空气,而作为提供压缩空气的空气压缩机组的设备状态往往决定着整个工厂的工艺安全性和平稳性,因此,对于增进空气压缩机系统可靠性的研究对各个生产企业都具有重要意义。通过对唐山LNG接收站螺杆式空气压缩机系统的选型工作和运行使用过程中的故障应急处理过程描述,分析导致各类故障的深层原因,从而得出该次选型工作的经验和教训,为相关行业提供参考。 

Abstract:

In the field of domestic chemical industry, the equipment is driven by compressed air in many factories. The equipment status of air compressors for providing compressed air often determines the safety and stability of the whole plant, so the research to improve the reliability of air compressor system is of great significance to the production enterprises. Based on the operation experience and description of the emergency handling process for screw type air compressor system in Tangshan LNG receiving station, the underlying causes of all kinds of faults are analyzed, thus the experience and the lessons of this type selection work are obtained, which may provide a reference to the similar industry.
