加氢脱芳烃技术及催化剂研究进展

摘要:
近年来,随着机动车燃料油消耗量的增大,引发了严重雾霾天气等环境污染问题。为了有效地控制机动车尾气污染物的排放,2016年底,国内发布了第六阶段车用柴油标准GB 19147-2016《车用柴油》,其中车用柴油中的多环芳烃质量分数由原来的不大于11%降至不大于7%。加氢脱芳烃技术(hydrodearomatization-HDA)是生产超清洁国VI柴油的关键。主要综述了加氢脱芳烃技术及催化剂方面的研究进展,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。

Research development on the process and catalysts of hydrodearomatization

Abstract:
In recent years, with the increasing of motor vehicle fuel oil consumption, haze and other environmental pollution problems become more serious. In order to effectively control the vehicle exhaust pollution, the sixth stage vehicle diesel national standard of GB 19147-2016 Automobile Diesel Fuels has been released at the end of 2016. The mass fraction of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the vehicle diesel fuel needs to be reduced from no more than 11% to no more than 7%. The hydrodearomatization process (HDA) is the key process to produce super clean diesel according to national VI specification. The development of process and catalysts for hydrodearomatization was reviewed, and the future research direction was also forecasted.
