氧化吸收工艺再生SO2返回天然气净化厂二级Claus工艺的模拟研究

摘要:
针对氧化吸收工艺应用于天然气净化厂Claus尾气减排的情况,利用VMGSim软件模拟了该工艺脱除Claus尾气中SO2并返回二级Claus工艺的过程,阐明了不同的SO2返回位置对硫回收率及主燃烧炉温度的影响,并提出了应对措施,可为氧化吸收工艺在天然气净化厂的应用提供重要参考。

Abstract:
Aiming at the emission reduction of Claus tail gas from oxidation-absorption process of natural gas purification plant, the process of removing SO2 from Claus tail gas and returning two-stage Claus was simulated using VMGSim software. The influences of different SO2 returned position on sulfur recovery rate and the temperature of combustion furnace was illustrated, and the corresponding countermeasures were provided. It can be an important reference to the application of oxidation-absorption process in natural gas purification plants in the near future.
