中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司60×104 t/a柴油加氢装置通过增加循环氢脱硫系统改造,利用RSDS-Ⅲ全馏分加氢技术进行催化汽油脱硫生产国Ⅴ汽油调和组分。结果 表明,精制汽油中硫质量分数在13.0 g/g以内,辛烷值损失为1.5~2.0个单位,可以满足检修期间生产国Ⅴ汽油的要求。 |

Abstract: |
The 600×103 t/a diesel hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Guangzhou Company was modified by adding a desulphurization system of recycle hydrogen. RSDS-Ⅲ full range hydrogenation technology was used to catalytic gasoline desulfurization to produce National V standard gasoline blending components. The results showed that the sulfur mass fraction in refined gasoline was less than 13.0 g/g, and the RON loss was 1.5-2.0 unit. It could meet the requirements of producing National V standard gasoline during the maintenance period. |
