聚酰亚胺中空纤维膜分离He/CH4的试验研究

摘要:
国内现有的天然气气田中氦含量极低,有效回收低含氦天然气中的氦气对我国氦气资源的保护及利用非常重要。利用聚酰亚胺膜对He/CH4二组分混合气进行了分离试验研究,通过试验讨论了在膜分离中尾渗比、操作压力、操作温度等条件对氦气浓缩倍数和回收率的影响。试验结果表明,采用膜分离有利于低含氦天然气中氦气的回收。

Abstract:
As the helium content in natural gas of existing natural gas fields is extremely low in China, it is very important to recover helium effectively from the low helium-containing natural gas for the protection and utilization of the helium resources. The polyimide membrane was used to separate and experimentally study the binary gas mixture of methane and helium. The effects of retentate gas and permeate gas volume ratio, operating pressure, operating temperature and other conditions on the concentration multiple and recovery rate of helium were discussed through experiments. The results showed that the membrane recovery process was beneficial to the recovery of helium from low helium-containing natural gas.
