CO助燃剂中Al含量较高,对Pt的测定有显著的影响,以实际样品分别考察了基体匹配法和内标法消除样品中基体干扰的效果,建立了同时采用这两种方法消除Al的基体干扰的方法。比较了几种样品处理技术,确定了采用高温熔融技术制备CO助燃剂,电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定CO助燃剂中的Pt。Pt的校准曲线相关系数为0.999 93。还对样品进行了精密度和准确度考察,结果的相对标准偏差小于2%,回收率为98%~102%。 |

Determination of Platinum content in CO combustion promoter by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry |

The Al content in CO combustion promoter is high, which has a significant influence on the determination of Pt content. The effect of matrix matching method and internal standard method on eliminating matrix interference in the sample was investigated with actual samples. A method to eliminate the matrix interference of Al by using these two methods was established. By comparing several sample treatment techniques, then the high temperature melting technology was determined to be used to prepare CO combustion promoter and the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to determine Pt content in CO combustion promoter. The correlation coefficient of Pt calibration curve is 0.999 93. The precision and accuracy of the samples were also investigated. The relative standard deviation of the results was less than 2%, and the recovery rate was 98%-102%. |
