大牛地气田水基钻井岩屑危险特性鉴别

摘要:
大牛地气田勘探开发过程中产生的废弃钻井泥浆在通过泥浆循环分离回用系统后,分离出水基钻井岩屑,形成大量固体废物,需对其危险特性进行认定,以进行下一步处理处置。水基钻井岩屑未被列入《国家危险废物名录》,按照我国危险废物鉴别体系,可采用危险特性鉴别法对其危险特性进一步鉴别。采集不同钻井地层的50份岩屑样品,按照危险废物鉴别标准对样品进行腐蚀性、易燃性、反应性、浸出毒性和毒性物质含量鉴别。检测结果显示,岩屑的pH值在9.39~10.2之间;燃烧速率为0;样品和浸出液重金属、毒性有机物含量均在危险性限值之内,不具有危险特性,不能被判定为危险废物,可按照一般工业固体废物进行管理。

Research on hazard identification of water-based drilling cuttings in Daniudi gas field

Abstract:
Water-based drilling cuttings were the primary solid waste during natural gas extraction in Daniudi gas field. They were produced from mud separation and recycling system, which was introduced to treat waste drilling mud. In order to dispose the cuttings reasonably, it was necessary to conduct the hazard identification first to minimize the environmental risk. The water-based drilling cuttings were not listed in the National Catalogue of Hazardous Wastes, which can be further assessed by Identification Standards for Hazardous Wastes according to China's hazardous waste identification system. On the basis of Identification Standards for Hazardous Wastes, fifty samples were collected from different drilling formation for test of corrosivity, flammability, reactivity, leaching toxicity and toxic substances. The results showed that the pH value of the cuttings was 9.39-10.2; the cuttings’ combustion rate was 0; heavy metals and toxic organic compounds of samples and leaching solution were lower than the limit value. The results meant that the water-based drilling cuttings in Daniudi gas field were not hazardous and could not be regarded as hazardous waste. In summary, the water-based drilling cuttings should be managed as general industrial solid waste.
