中国石油西南油气田公司下辖3个轻烃厂,共8套轻烃回收装置。由于受气源的限制,天然气处理量下降,除了3套装置满负荷运行外,2套装置停运,3套装置低负荷运行。低负荷运行装置存在操作难度大、单位能耗高、产品质量难以有效保证的问题。对中国石油西南油气田公司低负荷装置进行了简要介绍,本着在确保轻烃回收装置安全、稳定运行,产品质量达标的基础上,就拓宽轻烃回收装置低负荷运行适应范围,有效提高轻烃回收装置的效益,提出了优化分子筛吸附周期、改变水泵的供水方式,关键设备适应性改造等可行性的应对措施,并取得了较好的效果和一定的经济效益。 |

PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company operates three light hydrocarbon plants, running eight sets of light hydrocarbon recovery units. Due to the exhaustion of the gas source, two sets of devices were suspended, and three sets were operating under low load, except for another three sets of devices at full capacity. The low load devices are not easy to be operated, due to its high unit energy consumption and difficulties to guarantee the product quality effectively. In this paper, the low load devices within the PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company are introduced. Based on ensuring the secure and stable operation and the quality of the product, feasible measures are put forward to widen the application scope and improve the efficiency of low load devices. These measures include optimizing the adsorption period of molecular sieve, changing the water supply mode of the pump, adaptively transforming the key equipment, and achieving better results and certain economic benefits. |
