针对电量法分析盐含量的繁琐及重复性差的问题,开发采用单波长荧光光谱法分析原油中的盐含量,用单波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪检测原油中的无机氯,标准曲线法定量,再通过计算得到原油中盐含量(以NaCl计),回收率为94.28%~99.51%,6次重复测定的相对标准偏差小于8%,数据定量相对准确可靠,优于电量法的重复性,能满足生产的检测需求。 |

In view of the complexity and poor repeatability of the electric quantity method in salt analysis, this paper develops a single wavelength fluorescence spectrometry to analyze the salt content in crude oil, and uses a single wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to detect the inorganic chlorine in crude oil. The standard curve method is used to quantify the inorganic chlorine, and then the salt content in crude oil is calculated (measured as NaCl). The recovery rate is between 94.28%-99.51%. The relative standard deviation of six repeated measurements was less than 8%. The quantitative data was relatively accurate and reliable, less than the repeatability of the electric quantity method, and could meet the needs of production. |
