含硫气田地面集输系统胶乳状沉积物成因及处理措施

摘要:
针对目前含硫气田地面集输系统胶乳状沉积物处理的技术难题,研发出能有效分离该沉积物的破乳剂,并形成了配套完善的固液分离技术和评价方法。主要介绍了胶乳状沉积物的稳定性、结构形貌、分离后水相和有机相的分析,明确了该沉积物为油包水结构,含水量普遍大于70%,并对该技术的评价方法和现场推广应用情况进行了论述。 

Formation analysis and treatment of colloidal sediment in surface gathering and transportation system of sour gas field

Abstract:
Aiming at the technical problems of colloidal sediment processing in sour gas field surface gathering system, a demulsifier which can effectively separate the sediments was developed, and the perfect supporting solid-liquid separation technology and evaluation method were formed. This article mainly introduces the stability of latex sediment, the structure and morphology of it,and the analysis of water phase and organic phase after separation. It is clear that the structure of sediment is water-in-oil, and the water content is generally greater than 70%. The evaluation method and field application of this technique are discussed.
