阳离子VES转向酸体系的研制及性能评价

摘要:
针对非均质储层均匀布酸难题,采用芥酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺和环氧氯丙烷合成一种依靠酸浓度变黏的黏弹性表面活性剂,并以其为转向剂构建了VES转向酸体系,研究了酸浓度、温度、剪切速率对其流变性能的影响。通过并联岩心驱替实验模拟了VES转向酸在地层中的转向性能。结果 表明,在酸液质量分数为3 %时,VES转向酸的表观黏度达到峰值,为217 mPa·s。VES残酸体系在120 ℃、170 s-1下剪切30 min后,黏度仍可以保持100 mPa·s,具有良好的耐温耐剪切性能。与常规酸相比,VES转向酸能使低渗透岩心的渗透率提高2.35倍,具有良好的转向性能,可同时改造高渗透岩心和低渗透岩心。 

Abstract:
In view of difficulty on acid distribution in heterogeneous reservoirs, a viscoelastic surfactant with acid concentration response viscosity was synthesized by erucamide propyl dimethy tertiary amine and epoxy chloropropane. Then using it as a diverting agent, a VES diverting acid system was developed. The influence of acid concentration, temperature and shear rate on its rheological properties were studied, the diverting performance of VES diverting acid in the formation was simulated by parallel core displacement experiment. The results show that the apparent viscosity of VES is the highest when the acid concentration is 3 wt%, which is about 217 mPa·s. The spent acid system has good resistance to temperature and shear and it can still maintain 100 mPa·s after shearing for 30 minutes at 120 ℃ and 170 s-1. Compared with regular acid, VES diverting acid can increase the permeability of low-permeability cores by 2.35 times. It has good diverting performance and can modify the high and low permeability cores.
