硫磺回收装置布置及管道设计特点

摘要:
硫磺回收装置工艺流程的处理单元大致分为硫磺回收、尾气处理、硫磺储运和成型等几部分。以克劳斯分流法硫磺回收、加氢还原吸收尾气处理的工艺流程为例,以工艺流程顺序作为总的布置原则,介绍了反应器、反应炉、尾气焚烧炉、硫冷器、液硫池和风机等关键工艺设备的布置方法,以及装置中硫磺回收框架的设计方式。在满足大型管线应力计算要求和选用合适管道材料的前提下,根据各种工况的酸性气、液硫等工艺介质特性,对管道选材和在不同处理单元、设备之间的设计方案进行了优化。 

Characteristics of layout and piping design of the sulfur recovery unit

Abstract:
The process flow of sulfur recovery unit is normally divided by sulfur recovery, tail gas treatment, sulfur storage and solidification. Take the Split-Claus sulfur recovery, hydrogenation reduction and absorption tail gas treating process technology as examples, the layout ways of the key process equipment including Claus reactor, thermal reactor, tail gas incinerator, sulfur condenser, liquid sulfur pit and Claus blower were described and the sulfur recovery structure design was discussed according to the sequence of process flow. By the premise of meeting the requirements of stress calculation of large-scale pipe and choosing applicable pipe materials, pipeline material selection and design scheme in different process units and equipments were optimized according to the characteristics of different process mediums such as acid gas and liquid sulfur.
