天然气净化装置TEG脱水系统盐沉积问题分析

摘要:
针对天然气净化装置TEG脱水系统盐沉积引发再沸器溶剂侧结垢并造成产品天然气水露点升高的问题,通过红外光谱分析、液质联用分析等方法,对TEG溶液组分、垢样组分进行了分析。结合现场实际工艺调控情况,确定了产生盐沉积的原因为盐类化合物和有机溶剂等随天然气进入TEG系统,促使TEG发生变质形成污垢。实验比选了10种固体材料对TEG的吸附效果,发现大孔吸附树脂D101对TEG有较好的净化效果,可为同类装置解决类似问题提供参考。 

Abstract:
In view of the salt deposition problem in TEG dehydration system of the natural gas purification unit, which caused scaling on the solvent side of the reboiler and the water dew point rising of the product natural gas, the TEG solution component and the scale sample component were analyzed through the infrared spectrum analysis and liquid-mass spectrometry analysis etc. Combined with the actual process control situation on site, the reason of salt deposition was determined as salt compounds and organic solvents entering into the TEG system with natural gas, which caused the TEG to deteriorate and form scale. The experiment compared and selected ten kinds of solid materials. The results showed that macroporous adsorption resin D101 has a better purification effect on TEG, which can provide references for similar devices to solve similar problems.
