KF/ZnO催化蓖麻油甲醇醇解制备生物柴油

摘要:
以KF为浸渍组分、ZnO为载体,通过浸渍、煅烧制备了KF/ZnO催化剂。通过正交试验探讨了制备条件对催化剂蓖麻油甲醇醇解活性的影响,找到的KF/ZnO催化剂的优化制备条件为:KF水溶液的质量分数20%、干燥温度150 ℃、煅烧温度450 ℃及煅烧时间5 h。将优化条件下制备的催化剂用于蓖麻油甲醇醇解制备生物柴油,蓖麻油转化率可达87.9%。采用现代表征技术对优化条件下制备的KF/ZnO催化剂进行了表征。结果 表明,KF/ZnO催化剂由载体ZnO晶体及负载于表面的以单层分散的KF及反应产物构成。催化剂比表面积为8.22 m2/g、孔体积为0.019 1 cm3/g,其表面形貌呈多孔云状,碱强度为7.2~15.0。 

KF/ZnO catalyzed methanolysis of castor oil to produce biodiesel

Abstract:
KF/ZnO catalyst was prepared by impregnation and calcination with potassium fluoride as impregnating component and zinc oxide as carrier. The effect of preparation conditions on the methanolysis activity of castor oil of the catalyst was investigated by orthogonal test. The optimized preparation conditions of the KF/ZnO catalyst were found as follows:the mass fraction of KF aqueous solution is 20%, the drying temperature is 150 ℃, the calcination temperature is 450 ℃ and the calcination time is 5 h. The catalyst prepared under optimized conditions is used for methanolysis of castor oil to produce biodiesel, and the conversion rate of castor oil can reach 87.9%. The KF/ZnO catalyst prepared under optimized conditions was characterized by modern characterization techniques. The results show that the KF/ZnO catalyst is composed of supported ZnO crystals and KF and reaction products dispersed in a single layer on the surface. The specific surface area of the catalyst is 8.22 m2/g, the pore volume is 0.019 1 cm3/g, the surface morphology is porous cloud, and the alkali strength is in the range of 7.2 to 15.0.
