催化裂化装置旋风分离器运行情况分析及对策

摘要:
针对兰州石化300×104 t/a重油催化裂化装置反应-再生系统沉降器VQS、单级旋风分离器、再生器一、二级旋风分离器运行情况进行分析,通过收集对比装置运行周期内相关操作条件,结合装置历次大检修期间的检查维修情况,判断上述气固分离设备工作性能均表现出分离效率下降、运行状况恶化的现象,确定分离效率下降的主要原因包括设备长周期运行带来的变形破损、内部损坏部位无法完全检查修复,以及由此带来影响装置长周期运行的主要问题,包括油浆泵磨损、结焦增加、催化剂跑损、烟气轮机的磨损和叶片结垢、锅炉管束积灰等。提出并实施沉降器VQS、单级旋风分离器以及料腿的整体更换、再生器一二级旋风分离器及料腿的整体更换。在装置新的运行周期内,上述气固分离设备运行良好,催化剂得到高效分离,彻底消除了装置的生产瓶颈。 

Abstract:
Based on the 3 000×103 t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, the operation status of the reaction-regeneration system disengager VQS, single-stage cyclone separator, and the first and second stage cyclone separators of the regenerator were analyzed. The relevant operating conditions during the operation period of the device were collected and compared, combined with the inspection and maintenance of the device during the previous major overhauls, it was judged that the working performance of the above gas-solid separation equipment showed the phenomenon of separation efficiency decline and operating conditions deterioration, and the main reasons of the separation efficiency decline included the deformation caused by the long-period operation of the equipment. Damaged and internal damaged parts could not be fully inspected and repaired, and the main problems that affected the long-term operation of the device caused by this, included the wear of the slurry pump, the increase of coking, the loss of catalyst, the wear of the flue gas turbine and the fouling of the blades, and the boiler tube bundle dust and so on. The settler VQS, single-stage cyclone separator and overall replacement of material legs, regenerator first and second cyclone separators and overall replacement of material legs were proposed and implemented. In the new operation period of the device, the above-mentioned gas-solid separation equipment operates well, and the catalyst is efficiently separated, completely eliminating the bottleneck of the device production.
