基于GB 39728-2020的中小规模天然气净化厂达标排放工艺技术经济对比

随着国家对环境质量要求的日益严格,GB 39728-2020《陆上石油天然气开采工业大气污染物排放标准》由国家生态环境部正式发布,明确了中小规模(硫磺产量<200 t/d)天然气净化厂排放尾气中SO2质量浓度的控制指标为800 mg/m3。若要满足该标准,需进行尾气处理工艺改造。对适用于中小规模天然气净化厂的达标排放尾气处理工艺进行了技术经济对比,针对中等规模(硫磺产量为10~200 t/d)的硫磺回收装置,建议采用氧化吸收工艺;针对小规模(硫磺产量<10 t/d)的硫磺回收装置,建议采用液相氧化还原工艺。 

Abstract:
With the increasingly stringent requirements of the state on environmental quality, GB 39728-2020 Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Onshore Oil and Gas Exploitation Industry was officially issued by the Ministry of Ecological Environment of the People's Republic of China, which specifies that the control index of SO2 mass concentration in tail gas from small and medium-sized natural gas purification plants (sulfur output less than 200 t/d) is 800 mg/m3. In order to meet the standard, the tail gas treatment process should be reformed. The technical and economic comparison of tail gas treatment process which are suitable for small and medium scale natural gas purification plants was carried out. For medium scale (sulfur output of 10-200 t/d) sulfur recovery units, oxidation absorption process was recommended. For small scale (sulfur output less than 10 t/d) sulfur recovery units, liquid-phase oxidation-reduction process was recommended.
