气田内部集输系统建设工作是整个气田建设中最重要、最关键的部分,随着气田勘探开发的不断深入,集输系统建设也将不断地优化调整。由于集输系统自身的复杂性,要解决该类问题并不容易。提出了一套集输管网建设适应性评价方法,对建设期间各种工况提出了应对措施,包括前期调研、计算方法研究、管网建模、工况模拟和结论5个步骤。该方法在某大型气田建设生产中得到成功应用,为地面集输建设奠定了理论基础,为高效有序地推进勘探和开发生产提供了技术支撑。 |

The construction of internal gathering and transmission system in the gas field is the most important and critical part of whole gas field construction. The construction of the system are optimized and adjusted constantly with the exploration and development of gas field. It is hard to solve this problem due to the complexity of the system. This paper put forward a set of adaptability evaluation method for the construction of gathering and transmission pipeline network, and corresponding measures for various working conditions during the construction period, including five steps:preliminary investigation, calculation method research, pipeline network modeling, working condition simulation and conclusion. This method has been successfully applied in a large gas field for construction and production. This method lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of surface gathering system, and provides a technical support to promote the exploration and development production efficiently and orderly. |
