天然气在线分析预处理性能评价技术分析探讨

摘要:
通过对天然气在线分析预处理系统应用及其性能评价技术现状进行了全面调研,分析总结了天然气在线分析预处理系统性能评价技术现状和天然气气质升级后的在线分析预处理性能评价技术发展趋势。针对目前仅凭经验进行天然气在线分析预处理系统维护保养的问题,提出了有望用于天然气在线分析预处理性能评价的集成方法,包括采用计量法评价颗粒物过滤性能、采用称量法评价液滴过滤性能、采用便携式H2S分析仪在预处理装置前后分别测定H2S含量进行抗硫化物吸附性能评价、采用温度压力传感器连续测定经过预处理装置处理后的气体温度和压力进行温度压力控制性能评价。 

Abstract:
In this paper, the current application and performance evaluation of pretreatment system for natural gas online analysis were comprehensively investigated. And its status of performance evaluation technology and development trend of pretreatment system after natural gas quality upgrade were summarized and analyzed. As there was no available standard method, the pretreatment system maintenance only relied on experience. In order to solve this problem, a prospective method of integration multiple evaluation was proposed, which includes evaluation of particulate filtration performance by gravimetric method, evaluation of droplet filtration performance by weighing method, evaluating the anti-sulfide adsorption performance by measuring the hydrogen sulfide content before and after the pretreatment device, and evaluating the performance of temperature and pressure control by temperature and pressure sensors.
