摘要:
针对油基钻屑热脱附残渣污染特性尚不明确、资源化利用难等问题,采用综合评价法和污染指数法,筛选并确定残渣污染因子。结果 表明,油基钻屑热脱附残渣存在一定的污染特性,建议将有机物萘、苯并(a)芘、蒽、苯并(a)蒽、二苯并(a,h)蒽以及重金属锌、镉作为热脱附残渣潜在污染因子。结合当前研究现状,认为污染源多环芳烃主要来源于热转化,锌和镉受钻井液添加剂的影响,并提出优化热脱附反应温度和出台残渣多环芳烃含量限值的标准等建议。 

Screening of residual pollutants from thermal desorption of oil-based drilling cuttings in an oilfield in Xinjiang

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of unclear pollution characteristics and difficult resources utilization of oil-based drilling cuttings thermal desorption residue, the composite scoring method and pollution index method were used to screen and determine the residue pollution factors. It is suggested that naphthalene, benzo(a) pyrene, anthracene, benzo(a)anthra, dibenzo(a,h)anthracene as well as heavy metals Zn and Cd should be used as potential pollution factors. Combined with the current research status, it is considered that PAHs mainly come from thermal conversion, and Zn and Cd are affected by drilling fluid additives. Some suggestions are put forward, such as optimizing the thermal desorption reaction temperature and issuing the standard of residual PAHs content limit.
