Cansolv尾气处理工艺在天然气净化厂的应用及运行优化

中国石油西南油气田公司川西北气矿苍溪天然气净化一厂采用Cansolv氧化吸收工艺作为尾气处理装置,处理后排放烟气中SO2质量浓度控制在100 mg/m3以下,远低于GB 39728-2020《陆上石油天然气开采工业大气污染物排放标准》中规定的≤800 mg/m3(针对硫磺回收装置总规模<200 t/d的处理装置)。自2020年7月装置投产以来,为了进一步优化Cansolv尾气处理工艺在天然气净化厂中的应用,通过分析有机胺质量分数、贫液pH值、热稳定盐与有机胺物质的量之比等数据并与设计值进行对比,分析出现偏差的原因,不断摸索尾气焚烧炉氧含量等工艺参数,确定有机胺质量分数控制为21%~25%,贫液pH值控制为5.0~5.7,热稳定盐与溶液物质的量之比控制在1.1~1.4,尾气焚烧炉炉温为810 ℃(±5 ℃),氧体积分数为3.3%~3.7%。同时,对装置运行过程中的工艺波动和设备问题进行优化改造,取得了较好的实际成效。 

Abstract:
Cansolv oxidation absorption process was used in Cangxi Natural Gas Purification Plant of Northwest Sichuan Gas District, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company as the tail gas treatment device. After treatment, the SO2 mass concentration in discharged flue gas can be controlled below 100 mg/m3, which is much lower than 800 mg/m3 aiming at the total treatment scale of sulfur recovery unit less than 200 t/d specified by GB 39728-2020 Onshore Petroleum Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Natural Gas Mining Industry. Since the plant was put into operation in July 2020, in order to further optimize the application of Cansolv tail gas treatment process in the natural gas purification plant, compared the data of organic amine mass fraction, lean liquid pH valve, molar ratio of heat stable salt to organic amine and other data with the design value, the reason for the deviation had been analyzed. The oxygen content and other process parameters of tail gas incinerator have been explored. It was determined that the mass fraction of organic amine was controlled in the range of 21% to 25%, the pH valve of lean liquid was controlled in the range of 5.0 to 5.7, the molar ratio of heat stable salt to organic amine was controlled in the range of 1.1 to 1.4, the furnace temperature of tail gas incinerator was 810 ℃ (±5 ℃), and the oxygen volume fraction range was from 3.3% to 3.7%. Meanwhile, the process fluctuation and equipment problems in the operation process of the device had been optimized and reformed, and the good practical results were achieved.
