一种适用于现场应用的溶硫量快速测定方法研究

摘要:
随着越来越多含硫气田投入开采,硫沉积堵塞越来越受到人们的重视。硫沉积解堵最有效的方法是使用溶硫剂,而溶硫量是评价溶硫剂的基本性能指标,也是溶硫剂现场应用效果评价的关键性指标。现有溶硫量测定方法有差量法、挥发质量法和结晶法,这些方法多用于室内评价,普遍存在操作繁琐、周期长等问题,而针对溶硫剂解堵现场和溶硫量的测定缺少研究和报道。通过对溶硫剂密度、溶硫量及实验温度之间的关系进行分析研究,提出了一种适用于现场应用的溶硫量快速测定方法。该方法应用于川东北罗家寨气田解堵作业现场,测定了解堵过程中不同阶段溶硫剂的溶硫量,通过测得的溶硫量变化评估了解堵进程、溶硫剂反应效能,而且通过最终解堵返排液的溶硫量推算出各流程中沉积硫总量,为今后硫沉积防治用溶硫剂解堵的效果评价和硫沉积解堵工艺制度的制定提供了依据。

Study of a rapid determination method of sulfur-dissolved content for field application

Abstract:
As more and more sulfur-containing gas fields are put into producing, the blockage of sulfur deposition has gained more and more attention. The most effective method of solving the sulfur deposition is the use of sulfur solvent. Sulfur-dissolved content is not only the basic performance index of sulfur solvent, but also the key index of field application effect evaluation of sulfur solvent. There are reported determination methods of sulfur-dissolved content such as differential volume method, volatile gravimetric method and crystallization method, which are mostly used in indoor evaluation, and exist common problems such as verbose and long cycle. Furthermore, there is a lack of researches and reports on the determination of sulfur content in the field. Based on the analysis of the relationship between sulfur solvent density,sulfur-dissolved content and experimental temperature, a rapid method for field determination of sulfur-dissolved content is proposed. This method has been applied to the plugging removal operation site of Luojiazhai gas field in Northeast Sichuan, which can determine the sulfur-dissolved content in different stages of the removing plugging process and evaluate the plugging process and the reaction effectiveness of the sulfur solvent by measuring the variation of sulfur-dissolved content. The total amount of sulfur deposited in each process could be calculated based on the sulfur-dissolved content in the final plugging flowback fluid, which provide a basis for the effect evaluation of the sulfur solvent in the prevention and control of sulfur deposition in the future and the establishment of the process system of sulfur deposition plugging removal.
