消泡剂在天然气净化厂的应用

摘要:
目的 解决在天然气胺法脱硫装置溶液发泡时使用消泡剂过程中遇到的问题。方法 从发泡原因、消泡剂种类、消泡机理等理论层面进行了深入的分析,并结合消泡剂在天然气净化厂的应用实例与室内实验结果,从应用层面进行探讨。结果 针对MDEA脱硫溶液发泡,聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂最为有效。结论 从消泡剂的物化性质与消泡机理分析,不能无上限添加消泡剂,一方面会影响脱硫效果,另一方面会影响其抑制泡沫形成的能力。建议天然气净化厂采用自动加注的方式添加消泡剂,可及时有效地应对突发情况。 

Abstract:
Objective To solve the problems emerging in the process of using defoamers when the solution foaming in the natural gas amine desulfurization equipment. Methods This article analyzed the foaming reasons, the defoamer types and the defoaming mechanism. Furthermore, the discussion of defoamers application in natural gas purification plants and the results of indoor experiments were carried out from the application aspect. Results For the foaming of MDEA desulfurization solution, the most effective defoamer was polyether modified silicone. Conclusion sTaking into account the physicochemical properties and analysis of defoaming mechanism, the defoamer cannot be added without limitation. On the one hand, it may affect the desulfurization effect, and on the other hand, it may inhibit the ability of foam formation. In natural gas plants, the automatic refilling additives is recommended, which can deal with emergencies timely and effectively.
