络合铁脱硫工艺在大型硫磺回收装置尾气达标排放中的应用

摘要:
目的 通过阐述硫磺回收装置络合铁尾气处理单元工艺原理、运行现状及遇到的难题,解决制约络合铁尾气处理单元长周期运行的瓶颈问题。方法 采用络合铁脱硫工艺应用于大型硫磺回收装置的尾气达标排放改造,采取了优化停工吹硫步骤、更换不锈钢填料、优化填料层高度、确定各种助剂的添加量及时间、更换过滤机滤布等措施。结果 改造后,排放尾气中SO2质量浓度≤70 mg/m3,满足GB 31570-2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》的要求,且排放指标优于改造前。结论 实现了络合铁尾气处理单元稳定达标运行时长突破365天的记录,年综合经济效益达128万元,取得了良好的经济效益。同时,长周期运行实现了巨大的社会环保效益,可为同类装置的技术改造提供参考。 

Application of complex iron desulfurization process in up-to-standard discharge of tail gas for large scale sulfur recovery unit

Abstract:
Objective The process principle, operation status and problems of complex iron tail gas treatement unit in sulfur recovery plant were described to solve the bottleneck that restricted the long-term operation of the complex iron tail treatement unit. Methods The complex iron desulfurization process was applied in tail gas up-to-standard discharge transformation of large scale sulfur recovery pant. A series of measures were adopted which included optimizing steps of stoppage blowing sulfur, changing the stainless steel packing, optimizing the height of packing layer, determining the additives amount and adding time, and changing the filter cloth, etc. Results After the transformation, the SO2 mass concentration in discharged tail gas of sulfur recovery unit was less than or equal to 70 mg/m3, which meets the requirements of GB 31570-2015 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry, and was better than that before reformation. Conclusion sThe stable operation time of the complex iron tail gas treatment unit has exceeded 365 days and the annual comprehensive economic benefit has reached 1.28 million yuan, and good economic benefit has been achieved. At the same time, the long-term operation achieved great social and environmental protection benefits, which could provide a reference for the technical transformation of similar devices.
