氮化碳基羰基硫水解催化剂工业侧线试验

摘要:
目的 开发一种新型COS水解催化剂,使天然气中COS含量达到GB 17820-2018《天然气》的要求。方法 以工业级尿素制备氮化碳为载体,硝酸镁和硝酸铝为原料,采用共沉淀法在氮化碳表面生长镁铝复合氧化物,进行工业小试生产150 L氮化碳基羰基硫水解催化剂。在中石化元坝西南油气分公司净化厂脱硫单元开展了催化剂工业侧线试验。结果 该催化剂在温度为80~120 ℃、压力为4.8 MPa、空速为1 200~2 000 h-1的条件下对羰基硫的水解活性达到97.0%~99.5%以上。结论 本研究制备的氮化碳复合镁铝氧化物作为COS水解催化剂,具有低温活性好、抗水及耐硫化氢能力强、机械强度高、稳定性能良好等优点,有望实现工业应用。 

Industrial side-stream test of carbon nitride compound oxide catalyst for COS catalytic hydrolysis

Abstract:
Objective A new COS hydrolysis catalyst was developed to ensure the COS content in natural gas meeting the requirements of GB 17820-2018 Natural gas. Methods Using carbon nitride prepared from industrial grade urea as carrier, magnesium nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials, magnesium aluminum composite oxide was grown on the surface of carbon nitride by co-precipitation method, and 150 L carbon nitride COS hydrolysis catalyst was produced in industrial pilot scale. The industrial side-stream line test of catalyst was carried out in the desulfurization unit of Yuanba Gas Purification Plant, SINOPEC Southwest Oil and Gas Company. Results The hydrolysis activity of the catalyst for carbonyl sulfur reached 97.0%-99.5% at the temperature of 80-120 ℃, the pressure of 4.8 MPa and the space velocity of 1 200-2 000 h-1. Conclusion sThe carbon nitride composite magnesium aluminum oxide prepared in this study, as a COS hydrolysis catalyst, has good low-temperature activity, strong water and hydrogen sulfide resistance, high mechanical strength and good stability. It is expected to realize industrial application.
