海上导管架平台结构健康监测技术研究及应用

摘要:
目的 通过研究适合在役导管架平台结构的健康监测技术,梳理1套能够实现平台结构全生命周期风险管控的实时监测系统开发方案。方法 对比了实际监测数据与数值分析结果,结合实际管理风险需求和实际监测效果对评估和预警指标确定方法进行研究。结果 设计了集成监测系统与独立远程监控系统,采用C++程序、LabView工具及北斗通信技术,实现对不同类型数据的同步采集、存储和远程传输。找到了通过特征提取和模式识别对监测数据进行处理的方法,实现对平台状态模式和健康状况的实时评估和预警。结论 该系统和方法能够有效地反馈平台结构的健康状况,并辅助设施完整性管理人员对异常情况进行科学决策,为今后开展导管架结构监测、数字化、智能化提供了良好的工程实践经验。 

Research and application of jacket platform structure health monitoring technology in offshore

Abstract:
Objective It is to sort out a real-time monitoring system development scheme that can realize the risk management and control of the whole life cycle of the platform structure by studying the health monitoring technology suitable for the in-service jacket platform structure. Methods The actual monitoring data and numerical analysis results were compared, and the evaluation and early warning index determination methods were studied in combination with the actual management risk demand and actual monitoring effect. Results An integrated monitoring system and an independent remote monitoring system were designed. C++ programs, LabView tools and Beidou communication technology were used to achieve synchronous acquisition, storage and remote transmission of different types of data. A method of processing monitoring data through feature extraction and pattern recognition is found, so as to realize real-time evaluation and early warning of platform status mode and health status. Conclusion sIt is concluded that the system and method can effectively feedback the health status of the platform structure, and assist the facility integrity management personnel to make scientific decisions on abnormal conditions, which provides a good engineering practice for the monitoring, digitization and intelligence of the jacket structure in the future.
