在对两性离子聚合物抑制粘土水化膨胀作用机理研究的基础上,分别以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-丙磺酸(AMPS)为聚合单体,采用过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠组成氧化还原引发体系的溶液聚合方法,研制了一种耐高温两性离子粘土稳定剂TTA,并采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。静态粘土膨胀实验和岩心流动渗透率伤害率实验结果表明:两性离子粘土稳定剂TTA不仅用量小,耐高温能力强,而且对粘土水化膨胀具有较好的抑制效果,是一种性能优良的粘土稳定剂,可应用于油气田开发的各个领域中。 |

Abstract: |
A high temperature resistant zwitterionic clay stabilizer TTA has produced by the polymerization of acrylamide(AM),dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonate(AMPS),employing the solution polymerization method with the redox system composed of persulfate and sodium bisulfite.Its structure has characterized with infrared spectra.The results of the static clay swelling experiment and the penetration rate of core damage experiment show that the zwitterion clay stabilizer TTA not only has the small dose,strong property of high temperature resistant,but also has good inhibition for the expansion of clay hydration.It is an excellent clay stabilizer,can be applied in oil and gas fields. |
