预氧化及配套技术提升污水处理水平

摘要:
史南污水站处理后的污水存在悬浮物含量高、含油量不稳定、腐蚀速率高、沿程水质恶化严重等问题。经过预氧化及配套技术改造后,又进行部分设备的改造、更新了过滤器、配套完善了水处理药剂,使处理后的污水水质符合率大幅提高。史南污水站经过改造后,各项经济技术指标达到同类站库先进水平,显著提高了回注污水的水质,并减缓了水质沿程恶化的趋势,取得了明显的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:
The sewage existed many problems after being treated in Shinan Sewage Treatment Station, such as high content of suspended matter, unstable oil content, high corrosion rate, serious water quality deterioration along the pipeline, etc. After the transformation of pre oxidation and related technologies, then reconstruction of some equipments, updating of filter equipment and necessary complement for water disposal reagents. The water quality by trea-ted was improved greatly. After the reformation, various economic and technical indexes have reached advanced level among the similar stations, the water quality coincidence rate is significantly increased, and the quality of the reinjection waste water is greatly improved. The water quality deterioration trend along the pipeline is slowed down and obvious economic and social benefits are gained.
