含油污泥的干燥研究

摘要:
干燥技术处理含油污泥,已经成为国内外石油化工行业的研究热点。首先简要介绍了含油污泥的来源,再通过干燥实验得到油泥的干燥曲线和干燥速率曲线,利用干燥速率方程得出干燥时间方程,并采用干燥模型及热分析动力学对干燥动力学实验数据进行数学处理,通过比较得出的干燥方程符合Page模型。

Study on Drying Technology of the Oily Sludge

Abstract:
The treatment of oily sludge using drying technology has become the research focus in petrochemical industry.This paper introduced briefly the source of the oily sludge,and then the drying curves as well as drying rate curves were obtained by drying experiments of oily sludge.The methods of time computation in drying under this condition with mass transfer equations are described.The experimental data of drying kinetics for oily sludge were treated with drying models and thermal analysis kinetics method.The drying equation got by comparison is in accord with Page equation.
