Fenton试剂处理辽河油田水实验

摘要:
油田水中的有机污染物是比较难降解的有机物,常规的方法很难将COD值降到50mg/L以下。以Fenton试剂作为氧化剂,研究其对去除油田水COD的影响,考查了反应温度、pH值、反应时间、H2O2以及Fe2+浓度,确定了最佳的单因素条件。正交实验确定了反应温度和pH值是影响COD去除的两个主要因素;给出了能将油田水中COD处理到小于50mg/L的四个组合条件。最后,对该方法在油田水处理中的实际应用进行了讨论。

Abstract:
The organic pollutants in oilfield wastewater are difficult to degrade.It ’ s hard to decrease COD to below 50 mg / L by using common methods.Fenton Reagent is used as oxidant to treat COD in oilfield wastewater.Temperature,pH,reaction time,the concentration of H 2 O 2,and the Fe 2+ concentration are experimented to determine their effects on removal of COD in oilfield water.The best single factor has been determined in the experiment.The Orthogonal experiment shows there are four combined conditions which can be satisfied to decrease COD value to below 50mg / L.At last,the practical application of this method in oilfield wastewater treatment is discussed.
