炼油厂混合C4深度脱硫与加工方案探讨

摘要:
介绍了炼油厂液化气及C4中含硫化合物分布的基本情况。综述了纤维膜脱硫醇、精馏脱硫、吸附脱硫、溶剂脱硫等炼厂液化气及C4深度脱硫技术。结合某厂液化气总体加工流程,采用多种脱硫方式配合,通过边加工、边脱硫,兼顾能耗降低,可实现对液化气深度脱硫和C4增值的综合利用。 

Deep desulfurization and processing scheme of mixing C4 in refineries

Abstract:
The distribution of different organic sulfides in LPG and C4 of refineries are introduced in this paper. Typical deep desulphurization technologies for LPG and C4 of refineries including thiol desulfurization by fiber membrane, distillation desulfurization,adsorption desulfurizationand and solvent desulfurization are reviewed. Combining gasoline mixing components production and deep desulfurization of C4, four processing schemes are presented and compared. Considering the facts of investment, whole energy preservation and product market supply, two of the four processing schemes are recommended.
