摘要:
简要阐述了空分装置在正常运行过程中释放富氧空气的主要参数及80 kt/a硫磺回收装置相关设计数据。通过对工艺过程中主要物料平衡进行计算分析,讨论了空分装置释放富氧空气用于80 kt/a硫磺回收装置的可行性。 

Abstract:
This paper briefly described the main parameters of releasing oxygen-enriched air based on the air separation unit during the normal operation, as well as relevant design data of an 80×103 t/a sulfur recovery unit. Through analyzing and calculating main material balance, the feasibility of using released oxygen-enriched air from the air separation unit for the 80×103 t/a sulfur recovery unit was discussed.
