具有高选择性和可再生性的SO2脱除溶剂研发

摘要:
基于天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置硫化物减排的迫切需求,研发了具有高选择性、可再生性和高脱除率的SO2脱除溶剂,为天然气净化厂尾气减排提供了新方法,以满足未来更严格的硫化物排放限制。同时,阐明了该反应体系的作用机理及溶剂具有选择性和可再生性的根本原因,并总结出根据不同需求进行相关溶剂研发的有效方法。 

Research and development of SO2 removal solvent with high selectivity and regeneration performance

Abstract:
Based on the urgent requirement of sulfur compounds emission control for sulfur recovery unit of the natural gas purification plants, a kind of SO2 removal solvent with high selectivity, regeneration performance and high removal rate was developed, which provides a novel and effective method to reach the stricter emission standards for the natural gas purification plants. Furthermore, the related chemical reactions and mechanism of selectivity and regeneration performance were clarified respectively, and the effective method of related solvent developing was also illustrated.
