一株天然气生物脱硫菌的分离纯化和生物学特性研究

摘要:
从天然气净化厂污水池回流污泥中分离到一株硫杆菌菌株TYY-1,通过生理生化特性鉴定,该菌株可以确定为脱氮硫杆菌。从最适生长条件、生长曲线两个方面初步探讨了该菌株的生物学特性。结果 表明,该菌株最适接种量为10%,生长温度为30 ℃,初始pH值为7.5。 

Study on isolation, purification and biological characteristic of a biological desulfurization strain for natural gas

Abstract:
Thiobacillus strain TYY-1 was isolated from the sewage of a natural gas purification plant. According to the analysis of physiological and biochemical measurements, the strain were identified as Thiobacillus denitrificans. The optimum growth conditions of TYY-1 strain were determined as follows:the optimum inoculation amount was 10%, the culture temperature was 30 ℃, and the initial pH value was 7.5.
