国内环烷基原油减压渣油生产150BS光亮油工艺研究及收率预测

摘要:
以国内几种典型环烷基原油减压渣油的轻脱油为原料,采用高压加氢中试装置进行150BS光亮油的生产工艺实验室研究,并对150BS光亮油的收率进行预测。研究结果表明,虽然环烷基原油来源不同,性质各有差异,采用相同的反应压力、体积空速、氢油比,得到黏度指数为80以上的150BS光亮油,其高压加氢处理反应温度均为382 ℃左右;采用全加氢工艺时,150BS光亮油的收率可以用-5%+100 ℃运动黏度数值×黏度指数数值/100的数学表达式进行预测。 

Process research and yield prediction of 150BS bright oil produced from vacuum residue of naphthenic crude oil in China

Abstract:
In the laboratory, the light deasphalted oil(DAO) of several typical naphtha crude oil vacuum residue oil were used as materials to produce 150BS bright oil by hydrogenation process with pilot plant for high pressure hydrogenation, and the yield of 150BS bright oil was predicted. The results showed that although the sources of naphthene base crude oil and the properties were different, 150BS bright oil with viscosity index above 80 was obtained by using the same reaction pressure, volume space velocity and hydrogen-oil ratio, and all of the reaction temperatures of high pressure hydrogenation treatment were about 382 ℃. With the full hydrogenation process, the yield of the 150BS bright oil can be predicted by a mathematical expression of -5% +kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃×viscosity index/100.
