含蜡天然气处理过程脱蜡剂的优选研究

摘要:
通过对当前脱蜡剂的组分进行分析研究,认为脱蜡剂液相回收率低的原因是轻组分含量高。为了提高脱蜡剂的液相回收率,通过对多种脱蜡剂进行对比分析和模拟计算,得出相同防蜡效果下的注入量、回收率和干气组成,同时结合各种脱蜡剂的市场价格及运输成本,进行了脱蜡剂的综合注入成本分析,优选出的最佳脱蜡剂为迪那凝析油,注入量与当前注入量相当,液相回收率由当前的 23.43%提高至78.28%,注入成本节省了72.77%。 

Optimization study of dewaxing agent in containing wax natural gas treatment process

Abstract:
According to the component analysis and study of current dewaxing agent, reasons for low liquid recovery rate was high content of light components. In order to improve liquid recovery rate of dewaxing agent, according to the comparative analysis and simulated calculation of various dewaxing agents, injecting quality, recovery rate and composition of dry gas to achieve the same dewaxing effect were obtained. Combining market price and transportation cost of various dewaxing agents, the injection cost of dewaxing agent was comprehensively analyzed, the optimum dewaxing agent was dina condensate, injection rate was equivalent to the current one, liquid recovery rate increased from 23.43% to 78.28%, the injection cost was saved by 72.77%.
