LNG接收站BOG直接外输可行性分析

摘要:
介绍了目前LNG接收站蒸发气BOG的处理方式,分析了接收站再液化工艺存在的问题,提出了通过低压管道外输BOG的解决办法,并进一步对低压管道外输BOG在工艺、能耗以及市场等方面进行了可行性分析。新方案工艺优化简单,解决了接收站试生产初期BOG难处理、正常运行后BOG处理能耗仍然较高的问题,提高了经济效益。 

Abstract:
The current treatment processes of BOG in LNG receiving station are indtroduced in this paper. The existing problems in the reliquefaction process of receiving station are analyzed. The solution of BOG external transportation by low-pressure pipeline is put forward and the feasibility in terms of process, energy consumption and market is analyzed. The process optimization of the new scheme is simple, which solves the problems that BOG is difficult to deal with in the initial stage of trial production of receiving station and the BOG processing energy consumption is still high after normal operation. Therefore, the economic benefits improved.
