天然气总硫在线分析标准化研究

摘要:
随着天然气产业绿色发展的趋势,天然气产品质量快速升级,关键指标总硫含量的分析测试技术水平也亟需提升,以满足在线监测的生产需求。在对天然气产业及技术指标发展动态的广泛调研和分析基础上,介绍了已取得的总硫检测技术国际标准化研究成果,并开展了3种总硫在线检测方法(GC-μTCD、GC-IMS、GC-FPD)的检测限、重复性、相对一致性的实验研究。结果 表明,3种方法具备检测天然气中总硫(硫化合物加和)的能力,为未来总硫在线分析方法选择和优化奠定了基础。最后,提出实现天然气总硫在线检测是未来发展的必然趋势,下步将继续深入开展在线总硫色谱法检测技术和国际标准化工作,为天然气绿色发展提供技术支撑和标准化保障。 

Abstract:
With the trend of green development of natural gas industry, the quality of natural gas products is upgrading rapidly. Thus the level of analysis technology of total sulfur content as a key indicator needs to be improved to meet the production demand of online monitoring. Based on the extensive investigation and analysis of the development trend of natural gas industry and technical indicators, this paper introduces the international standardization research results of total sulfur detection technology, and carries out the experimental research on the detection limit, repeatability and consistency of three on-line detection methods of total sulfur (GC-μTCD, GC-IMS, GC-FPD). The results show that the three methods are applicable to detect total sulfur in natural gas, which provides the foundation for the selection and optimization of the on-line analysis method of total sulfur in the future. Finally, it is pointed out that the realization of online detection of total sulfur in natural gas is the trend of future development. In the next step, we will continue to carry out online total sulfur detection by chromatography technology and take part in the international standardization, in order to further establish China′s leading position in this field, and provide technical support and standardization guarantee for the green development of natural gas.
